It’s Time For a Retro Re-pin Party!

Happy Tuesday! I had my eyes dilated for the first time today, so it’s been an interesting morning. I never realized how many things I look at close up on a regular basis to get all my blogging work done. At least I can still eat? I’ve been busy this week with several new series here on the blog.

A quick run down of my new posting schedule:

Monday: Main Dish Recipe + Meal Plan Monday
Tuesday: The Retro Re-pin Party
Wednesday: Cooking Wild Card – maybe a recipe or maybe a kitchen tour or cooking hack. You’ll have to wait and see!
Thursday: Tech Tips Thursday – a new blogging tip or tutorial each week
Friday: Food Photography Friday –  everything you’ve been asking about how I take my food photos. Behind the scenes, lighting, cameras, editing, and there’s even going to be a photography group where you can get feedback on your photos in the works! Many things will transfer to other mediums besides food, so be sure to come back every week or subscribe to my newsletter so you don’t miss anything!

Here’s what I’ve been up to since the last party:

A miniature version of the Italian open-faced omelette. These mini mushroom, feta and spinach frittatas come together quickly for a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

On to the party!

I’d love to see some awesome New Year’s Eve food and drink ideas, 2014 wrap-ups, and any posts about goals and dreams for the new year. Remember to pin your posts first and then link up that PINTEREST PIN to the party below so we can show it some extra re-pin love! (Pinterest ranks re-pins higher than pins.)

My favorite post from the last party is:

These Bacon Wrapped Dates from Kristen over at A Mind “Full” Mom

They look absolutely fancy and super delicious. I’m loving the fact that it’s just 3 ingredients and a cook time of 10 minutes too. Martha Stewart in minutes! Can you imagine how fun and fancy these would be for a special Valentine’s Day celebration? Be sure to click on the image to re-pin them and share the love!

Here’s a Feature Button for you Kristen!

You take such BEAUTIFUL food pictures! Maybe that’s weird to say…but I am always so impressed when someone can make food look SO appealing in pictures 🙂

What a great idea for your blog — it seems like a fun repinning party!

Thank you Katie!! It’s not weird at all. People eat with their eyes first, so I think it’s important to have well-styled images to make people hungry. 🙂

Stephanie, thank you for hosting! I pinned up one pin that has not been repinned yet, but I felt so strongly about it that I put it in anyway! Hope you have a great day!
