Peach Basil Salsa

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large, ripe peaches, peel on, diced large
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced medium
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced large
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Tortilla chips for serving.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy!
  2. Allow to meld in the fridge for at least 2 hours for maximum flavor.
