Last year, my husband and I drove 5,000+ miles in road trips and stuck keto the whole time. If you know where to look, there are a lot of keto choices out there at truck stops and fast food places. (The struggle is just avoiding all the easy carbs surrounding the keto choices.) I found it was nice to have a go-to list so you can stick to the plan when you’re on the road or need to grab something to eat while you’re on the go.

We took a road trip from New Braunfels, Texas, to Long Island, New York (& back), I lost 6 pounds while traveling!! We had a few of these items in the car, We made pepperoni chips to snack on, had nuts, cheese sticks, summer sausause slices and pepperoni slices. We could have made more chips along the way, but didn’t. McDonald’s or someplace similar was usually breakfast, they were extremely nice and made the no bread sandwich look appealing. We had agreed to stay committed to the plan., so we made wise choices. Even the fat bombs kept well in the cooler. Yes it can be done🤠🤔

Most hotels that serve breakfast have cream cheese in single serving cups or packets which are great for snacks; only 4 star hotel even had little cups with pate’ and different cheeses 🙂
