A creamy and slightly sweet Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip recipe.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip - a delicious and quick anytime snack!

I just realized that I never officially announced over here that I’m now a monthly contributor for My Cooking Spot! My Cooking Spot is a spin-off of recipes from My Thirty Spot. I’ve already had a lot of fun being a contributor and getting to know the other ladies who are part of the team. So many delicious things to drool over each week! I’ll be cross-posting some recipes from time to time, so I wanted to start off by sharing this post for my current favorite snack recipe: Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip!  It’s made from several ingredients you probably keep on hand, and really all you need to do is gather and stir then dip and munch. You’ve got that all under control right?

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip - a delicious and quick anytime snack!

This recipe was invented just after Hubby and I got married. We decided to eliminate processed sugar in our diets for 40 days, and well, it didn’t go over too well with Hubby. You can read more about it and find the (gluten-free) recipe over here on My Cooking Spot!

LOVE this stuff! Made it with Honey Vanilla Greek yogurt since I had it on hand (and omitted the honey and vanilla in the recipe). Super yum for a summer picnic lunch!

I’m so glad you enjoyed it! And honey vanilla greek yogurt sounds perfect for this! Hubby tends to eat the flavored ones more quickly than the plain ones, so I don’t have them in the house as often, but I’ll have to try your suggestion next time I have some on hand.
